Karl Franzmann has recently joined Antal Russia to build a world class client centric recruitment business. He has over ten years of experience in executive recruitment including executive search. More recently he was responsible for recruitment at Barclays Wealth Management and Global Retail & Commercial Banking and was Director of Recruitment for Renaissance Capital in Moscow, a leading Russian and emerging markets focused Investment Bank. Karl has particular expertise in enabling firms to access the highest standards of global talent.
